Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Realstar Premier Group Pte Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information related to the use of our internal CRM calendar synchronization application (“the App”).

1. Information We Collect

• User Authorization: We request access to your Google Calendar through OAuth 2.0, which requires your explicit consent.
• Calendar Event Data: We only access your calendar data to create, modify, or delete events for synchronization with the CRM. We do not access unrelated data such as your emails, contacts, or other apps.
• User ID: We may associate your Google Calendar token with your internal CRM user ID for secure usage within our system.

2. How We Use Information

The information is used solely for syncing calendar events between your CRM schedule and Google Calendar. This includes:

• Adding new events to your calendar
• Updating event details when changed in the CRM
• Deleting or cancelling events when they are removed from the CRM

3. Data Storage and Retention

We store your OAuth token securely to maintain sync functionality. No calendar event content is stored permanently in our system. Tokens are stored using encryption and never shared with third parties. Calendar events created by our CRM are synced to your Google Calendar and are not stored independently within our systems. These events remain in your Google Calendar until you or our system deletes or updates them based on changes within the CRM. If a user disconnects their Google account or is no longer active in the CRM, their token is automatically invalidated and deleted from our systems immediately.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties. Access is strictly limited to internal Realstar IT systems and staff on a need-to-know basis.

5. User Control

You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will stop event syncing. You may also request the deletion of any remaining synced data or OAuth tokens by contacting our IT department. Such requests will be honored and completed within 7 business days.

6. Security

We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data. This includes HTTPS connections, encrypted token storage, and role-based access controls.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Users will be notified through internal communication channels of any significant changes.
