Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the internal CRM calendar synchronization tool ("CRM") provided by Realstar Premier Group, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Purpose and Access

The App is intended for internal use only by authorized Realstar staff. Unauthorized use or sharing of access credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of your CRM events
• Do not share or misuse Google Calendar access tokens
• Immediately report any security concerns to the IT team

4. Data Usage

The App uses your Google Calendar account solely to sync CRM events. No unrelated data is accessed or used for any purpose.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if misuse, security risks, or policy violations are detected.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for reliable syncing, Realstar is not liable for any missed events, deletions, or calendar inconsistencies caused by the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the current terms.
